Shoreview Retail Center to Open Summer 2012
January 11, 2012-Stonehenge USA is excited to announce that we have started construction on the first phase of the Shoreview Retail Center located at the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and I-694. Phase 1 is a 10,034 square foot multi-tenant retail/restaurant center which will be complete in the summer of 2012. We are pleased to welcome our new tenants; Chipotle, Sport Clips and LeeAnn Chin, and we still have some exceptional leasing opportunities with up to 4,724 square feet available including an endcap space.
